Arbitration Witnesses Needed.

AFGE Local 1236, representing the BUE constituency of Region 9, is initiating an arbitration of the Agency's “office-centered” job listings. The local needs two kinds of witnesses for the arbitration.
Any person who applied for an “office-centered” promotion or detail and got it. Whether this person was remote or not, these people can hopefully attest that there was nothing “office-centered” about the promotion position.
Any person who considered applying for an “office-centered” promotion but decided not to because of the "office-centered" language, which appeared to require an increased presence in the office or removal from remote work.
The outcome of this arbitration will have an impact on all of the agency's BUE constituency. Those who have questions or wish to be considered as a witness should contact Brad Starnes, President AFGE Local 3631, and/or submit an email to questions4@afge3631.org
