The 2024 Legislative Conference will occur in person from Sunday, February 11, 2024, to Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency Washington; you can check in on Saturday, February 10. This is the location for all Conference events.

Arrangements have been made for the Council's 238 participants and affiliate locals to stay at the Washington Hotel:

Council 238's participation in Leg Con will occur even during a government shutdown, which presently remains a possibility.

Register for Leg Con attendance using the following link. Please do so before Saturday, January 10th, when the early registration discount of $300 expires.
Make your travel arrangements with Amtrak.
Please save copies of all receipts for your own records in addition to submitting electronic copies to the treasurer and president for prompt reimbursement.
The travel policy for this local mirrors the agency's policy for allowed expenses, including per diem allowances. Please reach out to the treasurer or president if you have questions.

This application will allow you to know specifically who among the congressperson's staff would be the appropriate person to engage for our scheduling of meetings.
On Tuesday, December 19, 10:00 a.m. Holly Wison, President of the RTP Local, has coordinated a meeting to have this application demoed. Our local has been invited to participate in this meeting. Details will be provided NTL COB on Monday, December 18.
No ShortCuts
Ongoing meeting hosted by Nicole Cantello of Local XXX. This meeting, which meets year-round, discusses matters involving congressional engagement, including but beyond the activities of the Legislative Conference.
